Dental crisis! Kim Kardashian was forced to make an emergency trip to the dentist after she chipped one of her front teeth on the way to Las Vegas.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 35, told her Snapchat followers on Friday, July 22, that she was traveling to Sin City, where she was set to host an event, when the cosmetic accident occurred.

“You guys, so I’m heading to Vegas and I chip my front f–king tooth so I call [Dr. Kevin Sands],” she explained, before joking, “911!”

Fortunately, Kardashian had Dr. Kevin Sands, a Beverly Hills cosmetic dentist who stars on Netflix’s Celebrity Plastic Surgeons of Beverly Hills, on speed dial and was able to book a last-minute appointment before hosting an event at Hakkasan nightclub inside the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

At the club, the Selfish author looked gorgeous in a form-fitting black dress and strappy heels as she sipped on water and took selfies with some of her gal pals — including Carla DiBello and Larsa Pippen — in their VIP booth.

Kardashian and her friends then danced to several of her husband Kanye West’s songs from his latest album, The Life of Pablo, including “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 2” and the now-infamous single “Famous.”

The reality star later got behind the DJ booth and got on the microphone, telling the crowd, “Thank you so much for having me! I love Hakkasan. I love Las Vegas. Let’s have some drinks and let’s have lots of fun!”

Earlier in the evening, Kardashian spoke to E! News about working out, her brother, Rob Kardashian, and her 7-month-old son, Saint.

“[Saint] said ‘dada’ today. Three times,” she gushed of her younger child (Kardashian and West are also parents of daughter North, 3). “I was like, What? It was so exciting. I just really wanted him to say ‘mama’ first. But, you know, he’s daddy’s boy.”

As for the model’s advice for Rob, 29, and his fiancée, Blac Chyna, who are expecting a baby girl in October? “They have talked to me about names but I would never tell,” Kim told E! News on Friday night. “That’s between them if they want to share. We are just there to support them. We’re excited to get a new cousin. I think everyone is really excited for them.”
